We are probably less than two weeks before the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, which would be the big day. But before that, a major leak has changed almost all specifications and functionality.
The renowned leak Roland when written for Winfuture said that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was only 5.85 mm thick, would weigh 163 g and have a titanium frame, with Gorilla Glass Vitus 2 on the back and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 – which would be particularly durable – at the front.
Speaking of the front, which apparently contains an AMOLED 1440 x 3120 screen of 6.7 inch with a 120 Hz refreshment rate, and there would be a fingerprint sensor under ultrasonic under-impressions.
When it also says that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has an Elite Snapdragon 8, 12 GB of RAM chipset and a choice of 256 GB or 512 GB of storage.
For cameras, there is apparently a main 200mp f / 1.7 with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 12MP F / 2.2 ultra-large with a field of vision at 120 degrees and no OI. He also apparently has a 12MP F / 2.2 front camera.
To complete the specifications, when the Samsung Galaxy S25 edge has a 3,900 mAh battery, a wireless load and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Similar to what we have heard before
This is mainly things that we have heard before, but there are a little more details here than in previous leaks, such as the mention of the wireless load, the exact building materials and the details beyond the megapixels in the specifications of the camera.
Since we have heard it widely before and as it comes from a renowned source, it may well be precise, in which case – as expected – the main compromises that Samsung apparently made to obtain the so slim phone include the absence of telephoto and the low battery capacity.
Despite these compromises, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will probably not be cheap, when saying that it will start at € 1,249 (around $ 1,415 / £ 1065 £ / $ 2,205 in Germany, for which you will get 256 GB of storage, and say that this will increase € 1.369 (around 1,550 / £ 1.165
It is unlikely that the price conversions that we have included will be accurate, but this would put it in particular between the price of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in Germany, where we expect it to land globally on the basis of other rumors.
You can choose between shades of Titanium Jet Black, Titanium Blue and Titanium Silver, as you can see in the renderings above, and apparently it will be shipped to Germany to the end of May, which is logical if it is announced on May 13.
