- A prognostician said that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could be delivered with narrowed glasses
- This could allow a 7 -inch display on the rumor flagship phone
- The prognostician also suggests that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will not obtain an under-bumper camera
It was already a busy year for Samsung, with the release of the Samsung Galaxy S25 lighthouse, the Galaxy S25 Plus and the Galaxy S25 Ultra, a refreshing range of mid -range handsets, and the revelation of the still mysterious Galaxy S25 Edge.
However, this is not arrest speculation on the future of the Samsung mobile portfolio, in particular with regard to the most high -end model of next year, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. In fact, a new rumor suggests that one of the most impressive aspects of the Galaxy S25 Ultra could still improve with its next iteration.
According to the Pandaflash forensicker, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could include even thinner glasses than its current generation counterpart. The glasses of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra were already visibly reduced by the Galaxy S24 Ultra, allowing the more recent phone to reach a 6.9 -inch display size without a significant change in its overall dimensions.
If Samsung is able to get a similar improvement this year, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could be the first modern flagship phone to present a 7 -inch screen.
As Sammyfans notes, Pandaflash referred to the reduction of the telescope in the response section of a position concerning the selfie camera of the Galaxy S26 of the Galaxy S26.
Although other rumors have underlined the possibility of an underdiffus (UDC) camera for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, Pandaflash seems categorical, this will not happen.
As the post notes (and our Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Review), a UDC cannot offer the same performance as a regular punch-hole camera, which is a reason as good as any to take into account the implementation.
Pandaflash did not offer a lot of context or sources for these affirmations – we have already reported their advice during the accumulation of the exit from Galaxy S25 Ultra, but they were not entirely on money. It is worth taking these new rumors with healthy skepticism.
With that said, there is nothing too weird to suggest that Samsung could reduce Galaxy S26 Ultra glasses and adapt it to an ordinary selfie camera – we are not talking about a drastic overhaul or internal overhaul here, and it is always one of the best Samsung phones at launch.
