Sean Diddy Combs’ legal team asked for a trial in their case of sexual traffic.
The musician’s team believes that there was a “lack of prosecution” in a letter of June 7 to judge Arun Subramanian.
The defense added in the letter that “the government presented testimonies which it knew or should have known was materially linked to its allegation according to which Mr. Combs suspended Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of the apartment of Cassie Ventura in September 2016.”
“Consequently, to avoid an unfair conviction in this case, the court should grant a trial,” continued the defense team.
“The incident, as it claims, is disturbing and powerful evidence, and the government has used it to represent Mr. Combross in an extremely negative, as an angry and dangerous man who terrified Ms. Ventura and his friends,” continued the defense team.
