The Spotlight Capcom of June 26 included a new presentation of Monster Hunter window, and we now know much more about the next second update of the free title for Monster Hunter Wilds therefore.
Arriving on Monday, June 30, we already knew that the flagship monster of the update of title 2 is to be Lagiacrus, an aquatic monster “Leviathan” which fights both on earth and underwater. CAPCOM has now confirmed that certain underwater combat sections will be integrated into Lagiacrus combat. Let’s just hope it is not as miserable as in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate The favorite Sérégios will also make a surprise return Monster Hunter Wilds. Incredibly agile steering wheel Wyvern, Sérégios had only been revealed last night’s showcase.
To watch
In addition to these two return monsters, the free title update will also bring a new arc fight, this time with Wild GARGANTUANE UTH DUNA. As with Rey Dau in the first update, players can expect to gain equipment for an improved set of armor if they manage to eliminate this ultra difficult monster.
Later in the Road Road Leaf on August 27, Monster Hunter Wilds should launch a collaboration with the legendary guitar manufacturer Fender. During the event, players can take a quest that allows them to receive a gesture that has their hunter shredder with a limited edition Rathalos telecaster.
As for various updates and quality of life, the update of the free title 2 brings a lot. The main one among these is the new system of weapons in layers, which allows hunters to change the appearance of their weapons among others that they have unlocked – as long as they finished the upgrade tree of this weapon.
We can also expect a new festival on the summer theme, improvements in photo mode, another wave of cosmetic downloadable content (DLC) and more. For more details, be sure to give a look at the PlayStation blog that accompanies it.
