The Democrats of the Senate were faced with a counter coupling on Monday after the law on the protection of women and girls in sport did not obtain the votes he needed to break the filibusier.
The Republicans needed 60 votes but received only 51. No democrat arranged on the side of the Republicans on the bill. Two Democrats were absent from the vote, as are two Republicans. The bill failed, 51-45.

The protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act would oblige title IX to treat sex as “recognized only on the biology and reproductive genetics of a person at birth” and prohibit any adjustment so that it applies to gender identity.
The bill was presented by Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., And has more than 40 co-sponsors in the Senate. This would also codify one of Trump’s many recent decrees, offering politics better longevity.
The president of the Mike Johnson Chamber, R-La., And the militants who fought for equity in female and girls sports were one of those who tore the Democrats of the Senate for the lack of support for the bill. Two House Dems voted for the bill in January.

“It is shocking. I cannot believe that the Democrats will not get a peer with common sense on this subject and the protection of women and girls,” Johnson told PK Press Club.

President Donald Trump published an executive decree last month to prohibit organic men from participating in female and girls sports. The order would refuse federal funding of states which continue to include transgender in female and girls sports.
