The Sindh government has launched a job portal aimed at providing employment possibilities to citizens. The portal will offer job lists to government organizations and the private sector.

The launching ceremony brought together the Sindh chief minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, the president of the Pakistani peoples (PPP) party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the main provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the business communities and a large number of key figures, reported Express News.

Speaking during the event, Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stressed that 65% of the Pakistani population is young people and that the portal was created to meet their employment needs.

He noted that the portal allows both educated individuals and skilled workers to download their CVS.

Memon added that the portal would not only offer government employment opportunities, but also binding job seekers to employers in the private sector.

He has mentioned that many young people aspire to the government’s jobs, but projects like the popular housing program also create skilled work opportunities for individuals.

Sindh -chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, in his speech at the event, said that today they launched the job portal. The portal will allow young people in the province to register. He stressed that when opportunities and talents meet, the province will progress. He urged job seekers and employers to register as much as possible.

He mentioned that employment advertisements for classes 1 to 4 will also be published on this portal. Jobs from 5th to 15th year will be provided through the Business Administration Institute (IBA), ensuring transparency in the recruitment process.

He also announced that temporary jobs will be linked to this system. Efforts will be made to promote the employment portal to encourage more people to register.

Murad Ali Shah also said that, as always, the Pakistani peoples’ party (PPP) has become the largest party in the province. He expressed his commitment to serve the people of the Sindh more. The inhabitants of this province encountered serious difficulties due to the floods.

In accordance with the vision of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, a project of 2.1 million houses was planned and more than 800,000 houses have already been built. He pointed out that if houses built for flood victims were considered a country, it would be greater than 800 countries of the world.
