The son of the ex-Yankee may have died of food poisoning: report

Officials would have excluded asphyxiation and suggested that food poisoning could be the cause of the death of the son of Brett Gardner, 14 years old.

Miller Gardner and his family would have been on vacation to Costa Rica when he fell ill and died last week. The former Voltiger of the Yankees and his wife announced Miller’s death on Sunday.

“We have so many questions and so few answers at this stage, but we know that he died peacefully in his sleep on Friday March 21,” they said.
