- The details of the OnePlus 15 leaked
- We also have new design renderings
- The phone could be launched in November
Until now, we have not heard too much about the successor to the OnePlus 13, but a new batch of leaks gives us a good idea of what is inside and outside the OnePlus 15 (number 14 is ignored, because of its associations with bad luck in China).
First of all, the Android team is newspapers gathered interesting information on the reference scores OnePlus 15 which appeared online. The scores indicate that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset.
The scores themselves are actually quite low, but at this stage of the development of the phone, it is not worth paying them a lot of attention – it is unlikely that it corresponds to the performance levels of the real world of the handset once it has been born.
It also seems that the OnePlus 15 comes with 16 GB of RAM, or at least the option of 16 GB of RAM, on the basis of this reference list. The OnePlus 13 is available with 12 GB, 16 GB or 24 GB of RAM, although this last option is not available in many places.
Rendering and colors
OnePlus 15 storage and colors options, according to DCS – 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB, 16 GB + 512 GB and 16 GB + 1TB- Black, Purple and Titanium Color Options Pic.twitter.com/do9n9uhaw9August 29, 2025
We have also seen unofficial renderings of Tipster @ Sudhanshu1414 (via Notebookcheck), although as always, nothing is certain about these leaks – not before OnePlus launched the flagship phone.
There are three colors exposed here, which are black, money and a dark purple. The module of the external camera is a square, rather than a circle as it is on the OnePlus 13 – and it seems that there are three rear cameras again, corresponding to the current model.
Interestingly, an executive of the parent company of OnePlus Oppo said that the conception of the OnePlus 15 is one of its favorites in recent years, although there is nothing too ordinary.
The OnePlus 13 Standard was launched in China in early November 2024, before becoming more widely available in January 2025, and it is likely that the successor will follow a similar type of calendar, but 12 months further.
