At the end of episode 4, we knew that the point of view of Conrad (POV) was going to be the knot of The summer when I became pretty Season 3 Episode 5, and this decision was intelligent enough to make it one (if not) of the best episodes in the history of the series. If there has never been a moment in the sordid love triangle of the series for us emotionally emotionally, that was all, with Conrad (Christopher Briney) who was to look at his unrelated Belly Love (Lola Tung) becoming even more invested in his falsified brother Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno), while making flashbacks of Belly and Conrad.
If it was not bad enough, the last episode of The Hit Prime Video Show also follows Conrad losing his mother after his battle against breast cancer, with their final scenes together before his memorial points between romantic anxiety. I did not make a secret that I feel incredibly sorry for him – and I also want that he does not have these feelings, but the heart wants what the heart wants – but season 3 episode 5 caught my eye towards someone else.
From the start of The summer when I became prettyBelly was the person who trained us in this colossal mess in the first place. But his decisions no longer have a superficial effect, Conrad being ready to collapse before our eyes. In this spirit, it is probably time that we all admit the ugly truth: the belly is an absolutely terrible character, and we would all be probably better with it out of the image (in a non-skewer way).
Sorry, but the belly should not come back from summer, I became a nice season 3 episode 5

Do not just believe me, consult these fairly enraged fans reactions to The summer when I became pretty Season 3 Episode 5. While the Conrad and Belly Flashbacks in bed are the ultimate knife in the back, the current Conrad scenes are put on fire to try to make it easier for Belly. Obviously, she does not take into account her efforts, rather absorbed in her dead end with Jeremiah (with the worst engagement ring never seen in the naked eye).
Me whenever the belly and Jeremiah: #thesummeredpretty pic.twitter.com/ckyyqgatspJuly 30, 2025
If The summer when I became pretty It was not a fictional work, the answer to the way of straightening chaos would be obvious. Although it is clear that the belly is a lost cause, good people could be around Conrad to make it see its own value – or at least invest in interesting therapy. The same goes for Jeremiah, who desperately needed to put his life back on the right track to be attractive for himself and for women.
Unfortunately, none of this makes a good television, so the first -rate video should use more drastic measures to settle things. I do not think it is above the belly to take off in a mega strop and never to be revised again, especially given the way she talks to her mom. If she gets cold last minute feet before getting married, her stomach could easily run away from everything and everyone … and as cruel as it is, I would not be too embarrassed if she did.
Since season 3 is the last farewell to The summer when I became prettyThe remaining episodes must go out with a big bang. Could the television show move away from books and surprise us all with a shock stomach start? If Prime Video made sense, they would keep Conrad and Belly apart for good and would teach their young impressive viewers a precious lesson (do not get married with selfish boys, children).
