Prince William’s plans concerning her royal cousins, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, can change in the light of the new scandal of their mother Sarah Ferguson.
According to a new report, the Prince of Wales can reconsider plans to give the sisters of York more active in the royal family.
This comes in the midst of the growing controversy around Ferguson, whose e-mails sent to the sex offender sentenced Jeffrey Epstein were disclosed.
Although William loves his cousins and has kept their separate reputation for their father Prince Andrew’s scandals, a royal expert said their mother’s controversy was difficult to ignore.
A source previously told Good morning! Review“William, Béatrice and Eugenie are closer than have been many cousins- they have this unique shared experience and an unusual life they all lead.
“This is an institution to which they all belong, perhaps in a slightly different way in terms of the way they serve it, but they all believe in it and in its future and want to do what they can to support it,” they added.
However, the royal author Phil Dampier said he thought that their future involvement was now unlikely.
He said Daily mail That any plan to bring the York sisters to any royal role is “probably a non-start now that the Duke and the Duchess of York are in the niche”.
