Islamabad:
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan published a notification to temporarily suspend the rules to increase legal costs and titles.
The notification issued by the Supreme Court stipulates that judicial fees are suspended under the rules of the Supreme Court 2025.
Legal costs and securities rates will remain in accordance with the rules of 1980.
It should be noted that during a complete justice meeting chaired by the chief judge of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, it was decided to temporarily postpone the rules to increase legal costs and securities, and decided to consult the stakeholders.
