A third transgender athlete continued an American college in the space of a month in response to the national repression in progress against biological men in female sports.
However, the last trial also claims that a Trans athlete was reinstated to a female team in April despite the NCAA policy and the prohibiting federal law.
The trans athletics runner, Evelyn Parts, continues the Swarthorus College and the NCAA, alleging that the school violated title IX when it prohibited pieces from participating in the women’s athletics team earlier this year.

The pieces alleged that the school said that the pieces could no longer compete in the female team in February, the same month that the NCAA modified its eligibility policy between the sexes to prevent organic men from participating in the female category after President Donald Trump signed the executive decree of women “keep men out of women’s sport”.
The units trial also claims that the Trans athlete was “fully reinstated” to the female track team of Swarthorus on April 11. The pieces claim to have been authorized to compete in the women’s team until they graduate in May, even after political changes and Trump’s decree entered into force.
Parts is listed as the winner of the 10,000 female meters at the Bill Butler Invitational in April and as a participant in Paul Donahue invites the same month and the Centennial Championships in early May, according to the athletics page of Swarthor of the athlete.
PK Press Club Digital contacted the Swarthmore College and the NCAA to comment.
Parties continued less than a month after the colleague runner Trans Sadie Schreiner filed a complaint against Princeton University after being excluded from a female race in May.
The shares trial was filed for less than a week after the Trans volleyball player, Emma Mortecho, filed a complaint against the University of Westcliff and the National Association of Intercollegate Athletes (NAIA), another body director of university sports at the NCAA, alleging that a stock market offer has been revoked and the eligibility has been refused.

The proceedings brought by trans athletes against schools that have excluded them from female sports are a growing trend after the question of Trump’s new federal mandate on the issue. It contrasts with the previous trend of female athletes pursuing NCAA and universities to have to compete and share changing rooms with organic men.
Former President Joe Biden had in place a decree that protected the rights of Trans athletes to participate in female sports, and the previous NCAA policy has enabled Trans athletes. The participation of the former Trans swimmer of the University of Pennsylvania, Lia Thomas, and the former trans volleyball player from the State of San Jose, Balaire Fleming, caused multiple proceedings against these institutions and the NCAA led by Riley Gaines and Brooke Slusser.
Schreiner was previously authorized to compete in the women’s athletics team at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) for two years before the February NCAA rule. The former female runner runner laughs, Caroline Hill, joined the Gaines trial against the NCAA, citing her experience in competition and sharing a cloakroom with Schreiner.
Parts is represented by the lawyer Susie Cirilli, the same lawyer representing Schreiner in the trial against Princeton.
Cirilli provided a declaration to PK Press Club Digital sending the documents.
“We support the allegations of the complaint. As indicated in the complaint, the NCAA is a private organization that has issued a fanatic policy. Swarthmore has chosen to follow this policy and not take into account the federal law and the states,” said Cirilli.
Cirilli previously made a statement to PK Press Club Digital sending the Schreiner trial against Princeton.
“The action of the two Princeton officials was in flame and the deliberate contempt for Sadie’s rights as a transgender woman under the control of the law of New Jersey,” the statement said. “The actions of the accused were completely intolerable in a civilized community and exceeded the possible limits of decency.”
Trump’s Ministry of Education has already taken measures against several universities on trans inclusion incidents in female sports before Trump’s decree. The DOE concluded an agreement with UPENN for Thomas’ participation in swimming of women in early July. The university has agreed to erase the records of the Trans athlete and apologize to all the female athletes affected by the presence of Thomas in the women’s team.
Earlier in August, the DOE concluded an agreement with Wagner College for a similar resolution concerning the former Trans Redmond Sullivan shooter.
The DOE survey on San Jose’s state on Fleming’s controversy is underway.
If the allegations of the pieces are true, Swarthmore would be the second school with a registered body of a trans athlete who participates in a female team after the NCAA policy change and Trump’s decree in February.
The ITHACA College of New York admitted to having enabled a Trans athlete to participate in a Division III rowing competition in March. The Trans athlete contributed to the duals of Cayuga, but only in the third Varsity Eight event, which is not taken into account in NCAA Championship qualification.
Ithaca provided a statement to PK Press Club Digital saying that the participation of the Trans athlete was due to a “misunderstanding” by coach staff.
The NCAA made a statement to PK Press Club Digital discussed the violation of ITHACA’s policy.
“Policy is clear that there is no derogation available, and students assigned to birth may not compete in a female team with modified birth certificates or other forms of identity,” said NCAA.
“If the competition occurs, the team will be considered a mixed team and not eligible to compete with the women’s teams. Ithaca has declared their intention to join the policy that allows opportunities for practice, and the NCAA appreciates the responsiveness of Ithaca.”
The NCAA has not indicated whether the results of the event would be canceled or if ithaca would face consequences.
