There is only one episode of Peacemaker Season 2 before the show leaves our screens again – or forever, if the recent comments made by James Gunn on PeacemakerWe believe the future.
Before the final of this season, entitled “The Full Nelson”, landing, HBO Max has an appetite for what should be an eighth surreal, exciting and potentially emotional episode. Indeed, a 30 -second teaser was released for next week – and, shocking nobody, he has already caused a host of fans theories.

Viewers are not only specified on how the last season of the DC Universe television series (DCU) could either end. Gunn has already suggested that the last final of the show will set up events to present itself in other DCU Chapter One projects, therefore its importance on the emerging cinematographic franchise of Gunn and Peter Safran is not lost Peacemakerthe public.

We already know that the Smith apparatus gives access to the quantum unfolding chamber (QUC) and, according to the titular character, 99 other universes. But, given the reservations of the SR flag on interdimensional trips and parallel worlds – after all, he constantly said that he did not want a repetition of what happened in Superman – Why is it determined to use the QC device to explore other realities?
The answer is simple. As Harcourt said to John Economos later in the teaser, Argus wants to find “resources [and] New reason for overcrowding “. It therefore seems that Argus wants to locate other habitable dimensions, extract their resources for the land from the DCU and perhaps even reinstall part of the human population of its planet in these other realities.
This has many problems, including one that I will arrive in his own section later.
Not only does it make the land of the DCU sensitive to all kinds of dangerous extraterrestrial life forms, but it also presents the opportunity for a triumph of Keith / Avenger Captain to come one last time. Of course, this will only be possible if Argus opens the door to Earth-2. However, given the tragic events of Peacemaker Season 2 Episode 7 and the fact that a Keith filled with rage was always shown alive before the end of this chapter, I do not think we saw the last of him this season.
However, the exploration by Argus of the Multiverse may not all be bad news. One of the 99-door of the keel may lead to the payment of Matt Reeves’ bat, aka The one where Robert Pattinson plays Bruce Wayne and his vigilant Batman alter-ego.

2. Peacemaker Season 2 Episode 8 will set up Man of Tomorrow – and reveal his villain
Peacemaker has already given us clues to what Gunn Superman Suite, alias Man of tomorrowwill involve. Indeed, the big cameo of episode 6 of season 2 was the perfect configuration for Man of tomorrowBut what final of this season goes further and officially confirms who will be his villain?
Gunn has already dropped some clues to the identity of the primary antagonist of this film. In mid-September, he suggested that it will be someone so powerful that the enemies of Arc Clark Kent / Superman and Lex Luthor will have to work together to defeat them. Almost two weeks later, Gunn shared an image of Man of tomorrowFinished script, which seemed to include another teasing on its main bad guy.
With Flag Sr and Argus exploring alternative dimensions in `The Full Nelson ”, some fans think that one of these realities holds the key to introduce Man of tomorrowThe main villain of the principal – that, if you believe fans anyway, Brainiac.
It is not such a bizarre theory when you read people’s reasoning for this hypothesis. Redditors, including CIG_SG_THOWAWAWAY and LASTOFDAYS94, as well as the user of Resetera Zebesian-X, present convincing arguments on this theory, and I will not put it before Gunn to reward Peacemaker Fans for looking at this incredibly important project by revealing Brainiac will be his Superman Follow -up is the big bad guy.
We don’t have much more time to wait to see if this particular theory is true. In the meantime, get the drop in everything we know so far Man of tomorrow.
3. Vigilante-1 and vigilante-2 exchanged universes in season 2 episode 7
Given the theories that I discussed previously, it may seem strange to say that it is the one that I am incredibly skeptical. Nevertheless, it is worth being discussed because it is such a convincing fans.
In the middle of the chaos of the seventh entry of this season, entitled “ Like a Keith in the Night ”, it is quite possible that the Earth-1 version of Adrian Chase / Vigilante (alias that which exists in the DCU) has exchanged places with its variant Earth-2. This means that the DCU vigilante has remained behind on Terre-2 to allow his friends to escape, with the vigilante of the land-2 taking his place in the DCU.
It seems that fans cannot agree either whether this is the case. On Reddit, users Siddhartha404, Imaginary_Pententy_97 and Kiki_and_horst all suspect that Switcheroo took place.
They are not the only ones to think either. On rehabilitation, the crazy, the gentleman and the yap are also convinced that this has happened.
Others are not so safe. Redditor Calligrapherborn9924, as well as the members of the residence, Toth and Layell do not think that they have exchanged places, for example.
So what should we believe? According to the user of Resetera Something Random, the subtitles of this episode reveal that the Earth-2 version of Vigilante is the one that has remained. Unless, as something shaved suggest, the closed legends team made a mistake, which seems to settle this particular debate.
