Islamabad:
The LHCBA moved the Supreme Court against the transfer of judges to the IHC as well as the notification concerning the appointment of an IHC chief judge.
A constitutional request against the transfer of judges was filed through the main lawyer Hamid Khan. He asked the Apex Court to declare the notification of the transfer of zero and non -avenu judges, as well as the decision of the former chief judge of CIH Aamir Farooq on a representation of the judges.
It has also been requested that the notification of the appointment of the acting IHC in chief will also be declared zero and not avenue. The petition asks the Supreme Court to order the reissue of the seniority list.
