A trial brought by three minnesota softball players against the state for allowing a organic male launcher to compete saw his first hearing in court on Wednesday.
The American district judge Eric Tostrud heard oral arguments by lawyers representing the three players in a preliminary injunction request which would prevent transgender athletes from participating in girls in the state.
One of the lawyers representing the three girls told PK Press Club Digital that they argue that the current Minnesota policies violated Title IX.
“He fundamentally denies equal sports opportunities in sports that require competitive skills or contact sports, to allow men in these spaces to play against them,” said the alliance defending the main Hal Picton Freedom Council.

The complainants hope that the pursuit will lead to a permanent change in the sports statutes of the State.
“We are looking for a decision that the statutes of the Minnesota State High School League to prevent any man who affirms a female gender identity to pay female sports, we are looking for a decision that these statutes fundamentally violate title IX,” said Frampton.
The trial appoints three school districts, the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, the Executive Director of the Minnesota State High School, Erich Martens, Commissioner of the Minnesota Education Department, Willie Jett and Commissioner of the Minnesota Human Rights Department, Rebecca Lucero as defendants.
One of the anonymous softball players involved in the previously trial told PK Press Club Digital what it was that in front of the Trans athlete, who led the Champlin Park High School to the State Championship this season.

“Doing against him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mind. It is a mental battle knowing that he has an advantage in the sport that I grew up playing, which makes it difficult to want to hit against him.
“This problem affected me in a way that I would never have imagined. It is simply unfair and I hate that nothing happens to change this. The boys should not be able to take place girls in the teams simply because they are able to do it. I hope that more girls affected by this problem will resist that.”
The anonymous player also called Ellison to aggressively defend trans inclusion in the sports of girls in the state. Ellison filed a complaint against President Donald Trump and the US Department of Justice for Trump’s executive decree “to give men in women’s sport”.
“It’s really overwhelming to know that [Ellison] does not take the rights of girls and women seriously. It allows boys to compete with girls, and it is not sure and completely unfair. Knowing that Ag Ellison is in total support to let boys and men enjoy women in sport is absolutely disgusting and badly, “added the player.

Minnesota’s state legislature has not succeeded “Preserve girls from sports for girls“At the beginning of March, which would have declared that” only students can participate in a sports team or a sport of elementary or secondary level that a teaching establishment limited to women and girls. “”
Now, this trial will seek to achieve the same objective as this bill.
