The United Kingdom has officially introduced electronic visas for Pakistani students and workers, marking an important step towards a modernized and rationalized immigration process.
From July 15, most of the main candidates apply for studies in the United Kingdom or work-related visas will no longer require a visa of physical stickers in their passports. Instead, they will receive a digital file from their immigration status, known as Evisa.
An Evisa is an online confirmation of an individual’s permission to enter, stay or work in the United Kingdom. He also describes all the conditions attached to their immigration status.
