Worlds Collide, WWE and Lucha Libre Aaa Worldwide Coproduced live, broke a record earlier this month for the most simultaneous public in the history of the event, WWE said in a statement obtained by PK Press Club Digital on Friday.
The event saw Dominik Mysterio Vaining El Hijo del Vikingo to win the AAA Mega championship, while El Hijo de Wagner Jr. defeated Dragon Lee, Ethan Page and JD McDonagh to keep the Latin American championship AAA. Pagano and Psycho Clown have also kept their AAA World Tag Team championship.

The public culminated at 773,000 simultaneous viewers live through WWE, WWE Español, AAA Youtube and Facebook during the program on September 12, according to the press release. It took place at the Cox Pavilion at Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada.
More than 4.1 million viewers watched the broadcast in the first 24 hours, while 127 million viewers were generated on social networks, WWE said.

This is the second Worlds co -produced between collisions since WWE announced its AAA acquisition in April before Wrestlemania 41. The first took place in front of bank money in June. Since then, WWE stars have been regularly presented in AAA events.
Mysterio, the son of Rey Mysterio who is considered one of the greatest luchadores in the history of professional struggle, put the intercontinental championship to earn money at the bank against Octagón Jr. d’Aaa and kept it. He then set his goal on Vikingo.

Mysterio is now a double champion and has been on fire since he initially won the intercontinental title in Wrestlemania 41.
