Justice was done to at least one person who launched a sex toy on the field in a WNBA match.
The WNBA said on Saturday that the fan who launched a neon green dildo on the field in a match between Atlanta’s dream and Golden State Valkyries on July 29 was arrested. Anyone who has surprised launching objects on the ground, said the league, will be ejected from the arena and will face a minimum prohibition of one year.

“The safety and well-being of all in our arenas are an absolute priority for our league. Objects of any type thrown on the field or in the lounge area may present a risk of security for players, game managers and fans,” the league said in a statement. “In accordance with the safety standards of the WNBA Arena, any fan who intentionally throws an object in the court will be immediately ejected and will face a minimum prohibition of one year in addition to being subject to arrest and prosecution by local authorities.”
The incident occurred at the end of the fourth quarter on Tuesday at the Gateway Center Arena. There was a game stop while an official launched the wandering dildo of the field, and it was removed by a police officer.
On Friday, a copy crime occurred when a fan launched another sex toy – which, remotely, seemed to be the same brand and model as the first – under the basket during the Friday match between the Valkyries and the Chicago sky.

“It’s super disrespectful. I don’t really understand,” said Elizabeth Williams, Sky Center after Friday’s match. “It is really immature. The one who does it must grow.”
Other WNBA players have also struck on social networks, notably Sophie Cunningham from Indiana Fever and New York Liberty Harrison striker.
Cunningham wrote on Friday: “Stop throwing dildos on the field … You will hurt one of us.”
