Conclusion
First buzz around A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms suggests the latter Game of Thrones The prequel may not reach the stratospheric numbers of its predecessors – but it’s still a big deal for HBO and Max.
Critics gave the six-episode first season generally favorable reviews, with Rotten Tomatoes report a 87% approval rate, Metacritic with a score of 75/100, and ours TechRadar I give it a rating of 4/5, reflecting strong public interest.
Although official viewing figures have not yet been released, HBO’s early renewal for Season 2 ahead of the premiere is a strong vote of confidence in the Swords ‘n’ Sex saga.
Knight of the Seven Kingdoms streams on HBO Max in the US and Sky Atlantic/Now in the UK, Crave in Canada, and OSN+ in the Middle East and North Africa – but I found a secret way to watch HBO Max for free and stream the Game of Thrones spin-off for free.
Not usually based in the US? You can also get a free trial of OSN Plus in Saudi Arabia. Again, you’ll need a VPN to sign up and watch Knight of the Seven Kingdoms free.
