What you need to know about Outlander season 8

The prophecy forces them to think about choice and destiny. Claire urges Jamie not to fight, but maintains that she won’t back down either because it was destiny that brought her to this place at this very moment. Jamie believes, just as strongly, that he has no choice – that he must fight.
