I love my Nintendo Switch 2, but as many had predicted, it is faced with a familiar challenge: the battery life. It is by no means terrible, but I really find that it exhausts a little more quickly compared to my switch OLED (and to the original switch before that).
Of course, it has a larger battery than its predecessors, but it mainly consists in taking into account improved performance. However, I was not to divide my generational upgrade once.
However, since I often travel and frequently forget to load when there is the opportunity, even a lifespan of the battery of the slightly reduced labor can be irritating. There are lots of cases of switch 2 on sites like Amazon and a sufficient supply of the best food banks also offered, but given the innate portability of switch 2, I hate to pack my bag with too many loose gadgets.
This is where Belkin’s charge box for Nintendo Switch 2 comes into play. This bad boy contains a 10,000 mAh battery with a screen, and is also delivered with its own USB-C charger. I myself hung one of the sage cases, and he won my battery anxiety overnight – but there are many others to love.
First, let’s talk about protective measures. Now, this could be the slightly larger contrast with its always thin profile (or the higher price …), but I have treated my Nintendo Switch 2 as a newborn baby for it to be damaged, especially when I travel.
Available in three chic colors (black, sand and sage), Belkin’s load box is well lying and made with an outer shell in durable polyester and an enveloping zipper. I love the Sage Trendy color, which is slightly greener than gray and corresponds to my aesthetics largely influenced by Matcha for 2025.
Open the case and you will find a soft velvety interior as well as integrated storage; Namely, a mesh pocket for wires and other accessories (including an adjusted apple pocket) and a flat panel with 12 holders of elastic play cards. In the other half, there is a recreation to accommodate the battery with a velcro strap to secure it, and the 2-switch will carefully split above this bed in a bed adjusted to keep it well adjusted.
With switch 2 in trailer, it weighs 2.6 lb / 1.84 kg; A little fleshy, yes, but much more compact than the loose alternative portable battery. It is also supported by a two -year warranty, so you are covered on several fronts.
All this contributes to a much more important tranquility of mind for me when I went out with my Switch 2, whether by keeping myself loaded and ready to play, protecting my case against damage or offering the peace of mind that, if it is lost, my apple arat can easily help me move.
You can enter Belkin’s charge case for $ 69.99 / £ 49.99 / $ 99.95 at, but there is also an unknown version available for $ 29.99 / £ 17.99 £ 39.95 at. If you have not yet bought Nintendo’s latest pocket computer, you can read here the Complete Techradar review of the Nintendo Switch 2.
