- The projectors of the XGIMI Horizon 20 series have up to 5,700 ISO luminations of brightness
- Native Netflix Plus Dolby Vision, HDR10 + and filmmaker mode
- Low latency and variable refreshment rate for players
Xgimi launched its “most advanced range of home projectors”, the Horizon 20 series, alongside a new sales projector called Titan.
The Horizon 20 series are the most brilliant projectors of Xgimi to date, with 5,700 lumin luminosity in the 20 max flagship horizon via its X-Master red ring lens and its triple laser RGB architecture.
The pro-animated Titan is only slightly less brilliant, turning off 5,000 lumens still impressive from its double laser engine. It is twice as brilliant as our best choice of current projector, the Epson Pro Cinema LS12000.
Projectors of the Xgimi Horizon 20 series: Key characteristics and availability
There are three models in the Horizon 20 series: The Horizon 20, The Horizon 20 Pro and the Horizon 20 Max.
The three models offer a Dolby, HDR10 +vision, the filmmaker mode, improved IMAX and the displacement of the lens with an optical zoom. They also introduce Netflix native support, low latency playing modes with a degree of 1 ms claimed, up to an updating 240 Hz, and even the variable refresh rate medium, as well as a new pro tuning menu.
We were very impressed by Xgimi’s projectors: in our recent examination of the Xgimi Horizon Ultra, we called it a “stunning 4K” with “an amazing image quality, great connectivity and a powerful intelligent image adaptation”. So we have high expectations for the New Horizon 20 range.
Complete specifications and prices have not yet been announced, but the three models and the Titan will open up to pre-orders in the United States and the United Kingdom on September 5. The shipment will start in October 2025.
