- 3i G10 + has a large dust tray on board dust compression
- It is designed to last up to two months of dirt at one time
- This removes the need for a large self-viewed quay
If your house is smaller but you always want a robot vacuum cleaner, you usually have to make a choice: opt for a large quay with a large cup of dust in which the Robovac can automatically empty or take a compact and loaded quay.
3i offered a third option. Its vacuum of the robot G10 + newly announced has an integrated dust compression and aims to be the best emptiness of the robot for those with small houses.
Inside, you will find a mechanical paddle that physically crushes the contents of the on -board bin when the bot goes about its cleaning, to maximize the amount of dirt it can transport. The tray on board itself is also large at 950 ml – larger than that found on most wireless vacuums.
All this means that even if there is nowhere so that the robot throws its dirt in the platform, it should still not need to empty too often. In fact, 3i suggests that it can last up to eight weeks of dust and debris … although it will vary according to the amount of house which must be suck. (Animal owners should expect to have to empty it more regularly, for example.) If you worry about the debris stored for so long, 3i has added an integrated UV light to sterilize the contents of the tank.
There are other advantages to this configuration. The dust cake occurs in real time while the robot cleanses, and it is silent. You will never have to listen to the sound (sometimes noisy) of your empty automatic vacuum robot each time it expands. And there are no quay dust bags to eliminate or remember to buy.
3i is not quite the first Robovac brand to explore the idea of dust compression, but it looks like the best current option for those who have a limited space. The Narwal Freo X Plus has an on -board compression, but this model is always delivered with a large quay; Whoever has water tanks but no dust bag. The next Irobot Rochamba 205 Dustcomompactor combo offers dust compression and a load quay only, but I am not convinced that it will be really for sale, taking into account the recent problems of the company.

Elsewhere, the 3i G10 + has a stretch side brush and mop for effective on -board cleaning (the latter via a mop cushion with an unusual projection), and a very decent of 18,000 aspiration. There is automatic carpet detection and intelligent suction and adjustment of the water flow based on the type of dirt that the bot meets, and the same Lidar navigation system and the avoidance of obstacles supplied by the AI as the flagship model of 3i (the S10 Ultra).
It is also relatively affordable – the price of the list is $ 499, but it is launched with a discount which lowers it to $ 399 (generally an indicator that it will generally not be sold at the price of the list). One of the things that often increases the price of today’s flagship robot vacuum cleaners is a fancy quay that offers things like cleaning the mop stamp; If you don’t necessarily want these things but you always want an advanced robot vacuum cleaner, it could potentially be an excellent solution.
The vacuum of the 3i G10 + robot will be sold on Amazon US on May 29. We are testing it and will have a live review to read you as soon as possible.
