- Mele Cyber X1 UHD Graphics supports 4K reading and effectively manages productivity tasks
- Hundreds of metal points replace the fans to obtain a completely silent operation
- The Intel N150 processor offers modest performance with four cores
The Mele Cyber X1 is the latest addition to the series of mini compact PCs in Mele, after the trend defined by the previous quicker series.
This mini PC relies on a heat peaker of dense metal fins composed of hundreds of tight metal tips covering its upper panel.
This design disperses heat without the need for fans, allowing a silent operation even during continuous use 24/7.
Silent design but with entry -level interim performances
The system is powered by Intel N150, a 12th generation Twin Lake-N processor with four cores, four wires and speeds up to 3.6 GHz.
The Mele Cyber X1 incorporates Intel UHD graphics, which manages video reading, light games and current productivity tasks, with codec management for AV1, VP9 and H.265 up to 4K at 60 frames per second.
Although it is not intended to compete with high performance systems, the configuration is adequate for Windows 11 Pro, general navigation, desktop and design applications at low demand.
The unit is delivered with 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory operating at 4,800 MHz, permanently welded on the motherboard, which makes the upgrades impossible.
Storage is provided via a 512 GB SSD, supplemented by a microSD location supported up to 2 expansion.
For the display and support for external devices, the Cyber X1 Mele offers two HDMI 2.0A ports and a USB type-C 3.2 Gen2 connection capable of video output via DisplayPort 1.4 as well as the transfer of data from 10 GBPS and PD 3.0 power delivery.
Additional connectivity comes from a mixture of USB-A 3.2 Gen1, USB-A 3.2 Gen2, USB 2.0 and an audio plug of 3.5 mm.
Network options include Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1, although not the most recent standards available.
The package includes a VESA mount and a Kensington locking slit for security, but the absence of more recent wireless standards raises long -term relevance for demanding commercial networks.
The CYBER X1 is available for € 299.99, which is not unreasonable but puts it in competition with systems offering faster processors or more flexible upgrades.
It may not be the best workstation or professional PC for power users, but it could find its place as a silent mini PC for offices, digital signaling or continuous power tasks.
In the end, it seems less designed for versatility and more for specialized use where silence and 24/7 reliability are greater than raw performance or extensibility.
