Dera Ismail Khan:
Three people were killed and another was injured in an explosion in Part -pranade in Parachinar, Kurram district, while the police managed to postpone a terrorist attack on a police station in Lakki Marwat.
The terrorists launched an assault on the Dara Pezo police station using heavy weapons and rocket launchers. However, the police managed to repel the attack, forcing the attackers to flee under the cover of the darkness.
In a separate incident, unidentified terrorists have removed a police officer from Lakki Marwat. The officer, identified as Abdul Qadeer, son of Alamper, was taken to an unharmed place.
