This is another big breakdown
We are aware of a problem affecting voice services and work hard to repair it. Data services operate normally. Please accept our apologies for any downside caused.June 25, 2025
Downdetector reports continue to increase – and this makes this British breakdowns similar to that in January 2025, when voice calls were also removed.
The three British problems in January pushed the 10,000 report on DowndeTector, so that of today is not yet there, but it is not far away with the number at more than 9,000 at the time of the editorial staff.
The bad news is that the last time the breakdown lasted several hours before the next day – so I hope that Three engineers will be able to find a slightly faster fix this time.
A three-Kingdom Declaration
I just resumed three years in the United Kingdom. A spokesperson said: “We are aware of a problem affecting the voice services and working hard to repair them. The data services are operating normally. Please accept our apologies for any downside.”
There is no estimate of a moment for the fix unfortunately, but you are not alone – there are problems on the scale of the United Kingdom affecting three British vocal calls. The silver lining is that the data services have not been deleted, but I hope that these voice calls will be back as soon as possible.
A “continuous problem” affecting voice calls
Although this is not a direct declaration of three United Kingdom, when I checked his cover tracker, I found the opinion above-he declares that “there are current problems affecting a small percentage of vocal services and we work hard to resolve it”.
He adds that “data services are not affected”. Concern, this also adds that “we are aware of a certain number of reports that customers have not been able to connect to 999 calls”.
It is not clear if it is a declaration of cauldronage of the failure of the previous three, but I contacted the network to find out and will update this blog live as soon as I hear.
Reports increase
It starts to look like another considerable breakdown for three United Kingdom, even if the problems seem to be mainly limited to vocal calls.
Downdter reports have increased to more than 7,000 at the time of writing and social media are filled with reports of three confused customers wondering why they cannot make calls.
Although the problems have been reported through the United Kingdom, it does not seem that everyone is affected. In the Techradar team, some customers report that mobile data and vocal calls are good (for the moment), just like Three’s fixed wireless outlet.
I am however on Smarty (which is on the network of three) and I cannot currently make voice calls …
Voice calls are the main problem
Downdector reports show that “the voice call” is the most common problem this morning in three United Kingdom – and this is supported by anecdotal comments on X.
Many customers say that they cannot make voice calls, with error messages indicating that their phones “could not connect” to the network. This is also the case on related networks as a mobile ID.
Some British users say they can always use mobile data, but voice calls are down. Downdetector reports continue to climb, which therefore seems to be another failure of the United Kingdom.
A fairly big peak for three
Not an excellent start to the day for three British customers, or even those on related networks like Smarty and ID Mobile.
DowneTector has a big peak in three users’ reports, which is currently more than 5,000 reports. It is not as high as the voice of the network that calls for failure in January, but it is not far away – so I hope there will be a solution before it is no longer to snow.
I contacted three to comment and update this blog live as soon as I hear.
