Islamabad police have arrested a suspect in the murder of Tiktker Sana Yousaf in the capital of the G-13 capital.

NCSW condemns the murder of Tiktoker Sana Yousaf
The National Commission on the Statute of Women (NCSW) strongly condemned the murder of Tiktker Sana Yousaf. In a press release, UME-Laila Azhar, president of the NCSW, called the “unacceptable” law and stressed that it reflects the broader question of patriarchal violence against women in society.
“This odious act is a clear reflection of the violence that women face in a patriarchal society,” said Azhar. “It is a brutal reminder that more must be made to protect women from such atrocities.”
The NCSW called for an immediate, transparent and in -depth investigation into the incident. “We demand that the authorities take rapid measures to translate the author into court,” added Azhar.
The president also stressed that the killer had to be arrested and that the law must take his course. “We expect the authors to be responsible for guaranteeing the justice of Sana and her family,” said Azhar.

The parliamentary caucus of women strongly condemned the murder of the influencer of the social media Sana Yousaf of Chitral. In a statement, President Shahida Rehmani expressed a deep concern, calling the “shocking” incident and emphasizing the broader societal implications.
“His murder is not only the end of the life of a talented young woman, but also a question mark on our collective conscience,” said Rehmani. “Sana Yousaf was a girl who had made her mark positively, inspiring thousands of young people. Her brutal murder is deeply sad.”
Rehmani also required immediate incident surveys, urging the authorities to arrest the killer and do justice to the victim’s family. “Women’s safety is a fundamental responsibility for the state,” she said. “This tragic incident stresses that women, as influential or talented, remain vulnerable.”
Earlier this year, another adolescent social media user was killed in Quetta, Pakistan, when Anwar Ul-Haq, who had recently returned from the United States, said he fired on his daughter.
Initially claiming that she had been killed by armed men, he then admitted crime, citing his content, his outfit and his Tiktok social activities as a reason.
The authorities dealt with the incident as a possible case of honor, and the haq brother-in-law was also arrested.
