Tineco’s new wet drying vac has an integrated raclette so that your floors do not end up slipping

  • Tineco Floor One S9 Scientist is a new damp drying vacuum
  • The magnetic flap at the front of the head of the soil acts as a raclette to eliminate excess water
  • Also has a Fresh Retro Style Pixel Display

I saw a number of wet and dry vacuum cleaners at IFA 2025, but the one that stood out from a design point of view is the new scientist of Tineco Floor One S9.

We are fans of this range – another Tineco model is in place n ° 1 in our overview of the best wet and dry vacuums on the market – and this new addition has a particularly cool design and very useful features.

The head of the ground has a flap that passes along the front edge. It contains magnets which mean when it is pushed forward, it lifts itself to allow all debris to feed in the roller. When the machine is pulled back, it descends and acts like a raclette, wiping excess water – the Tinesco line is that it leaves the surfaces “barefoot” almost immediately after cleaning. It is a simple but very intelligent addition, ensuring that your hard floor becomes a complete cleaning without finishing too wet or slippery.

For difficult or dried stains, you can also activate the “Hydroburst” function, where the S9 will draw a high pressure water jet from the front of the floor in the problem area, ready to be rolled and raclette.
