Tom Brady won 30 wins in matches against New York Jets throughout his career and had another zinger for Gang Green while his statue was revealed outside the Gillette stadium.

The ceremony took place before the Patriots of New England open their pre-season slate on Friday evening against Washington commanders. Brady, widely considered the largest quarter of all time, won six Super Bowl titles with the Patriots. While he will soon become a temple of fame, he will forever be immortalized in bronze outside the Foxborough stadium, Massachusetts.

He said in his speech that the statue was not only for the fans of the patriots.

“In the end, this statue is not only for fans of Pats,” said Brady. “It will also give all fans of the jets something to launch their beers while they leave the stadium each year, probably in the second quarter, perhaps the third.”

Brady had 30-7 against jets in his career. He succeeded 60 passes from Touché against New York. He only launched more against the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins (72).

The jets suffered a ton of torments while Brady directed the Patriots.

From 2000 to 2019, the jets made the playoffs six times and reached the AFC championship twice. New York made the match for the title of the conference during the consecutive years (2009 and 2010), but has never been able to enter the Super Bowl.

In the same period, the patriots made the playoffs 17 times and won the Super Bowl six times. New England has even returned to the Mac Jones playoffs. The jets have not been to the playoffs since the 2010 season.
