He suggested that players are not necessarily better due to zero and the frequent use of the transfer portal and put the burden on the parents of the athletes to instill them resilience at a young age.
“They are young. They have no life experience,” said Brady on “Big Noon Conversations”. “It should be parents. Be a good parent. Teach your child good values. What will support them in their career for a period of time? Brady wondered if the university football athletes could learn “these lasting features which, I think, are invaluable for their life and their experience of life” and did not agree that money was the only thing that had value in college.
He expressed a certain gratitude for having a difficult period in Michigan. Brady was not thrown into the fire as a starter right away. Instead, he traveled the bench for two seasons before he became a starter for the Wolverines of the 1998 season.
“My university experience was very difficult. It was very competitive. These features transformed my life as a professional. I was ready to compete with anyone, because the competition in college hardened me so much that I had self-confidence and self-confidence in myself that everything I faced, I could overcome this,” he said.

“I think that if we delete this to a young athlete student, to say:” You know what, I know that it is difficult to compete, but what we are going to do before having to compete. We will actually put you elsewhere so that you do not have to compete. “It’s absolutely the bad thing to do with a young child.”
