Sean Payton, the Denver Broncos head coach, spoke of the opportunity to train Tom Brady and other NFL stars during the Fanatics Flag Football Classic next year.

Brady ends his retirement again – in a way – while he joins the fray. The seven time winner of the Super Bowl will be among the current and former NFL players who will participate in a three -team football tournament in Saudi Arabia in March.

“I had received an SMS from Tom, and he explained what the tournament was,” said Payton. “I looked at the calendar, it’s a week of vacation. I don’t travel much. I think more importantly, it’s important when it comes to developing our game with the not so far Olympic Games.

Brady will join Saquon Barkley, Ceedee Lamb, Christian McCaffrey, Maxx Crosby, Rob Gronkowski and others in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on March 21 in Kingdom Arena in Riyadh. Payton, Pete Caroll and Kyle Shanahan were exploited as coaches.

Payton suggested that Brady, seven times Super Bowl champion, could manage the quarter functions for the flag football team he trained in 2026.

“I do not know if I had conditions. One of them could have been – because he plays, so he could have been my quarterrier in this game,” said Payton in reference to Brady adding his name to the list of participants in the tournament.

“I have to look at 5 against 5 [rules]. When I heard it, right away … I have enough headaches right now, but at some point, it will be interesting to see how this game is played. I think it’s a great opportunity for three or four days to travel abroad and be with good people. “”
