Tom Cruise has honored his late boyfriend and Co-Star Val Kilmer.
Thursday April 1, the Impossible mission Star attended the Cinemacon 2025 in Las Vegas to present new ideas on his next eighth episode of action, but before presenting, he led a silent moment to pay tribute to his Top gun Costar.
It is relevant to mention that Kilmer died on April 1 at the age of 65 due to pneumonia, according to his daughter The New York Times.
“I would like to take a moment before starting today to honor a dear friend of me, Val Kilmer,” Cruise started like the Applaudi crowd.
He continued by saying: “I cannot tell you how much I admired his work and him as a human being, how grateful and honored to have joined Top Gun and returned for Top Gun: Maverick. I think it would be really good if we could have a moment together and take a moment because he loved the films and he gave a lot to his films.
After the moment of silence, Cruise concluded this tribute, saying: “Thank you, Val. I wish you good luck during your next trip. Thank you all for doing this. I know he appreciates it.”
