The administration of President Donald Trump raises his surveys on the state of Minnesota for having let the biological men play in sports for girls after a transgender software launcher won a state championship last weekend.

The United States Ministry of Education announced Thursday that its two in progress probes on the issue, the one that was launched in February and the one launched on June 3, will now be managed by the newly formed title IX inquiry.

“The Trump administration has a duty to protect women and girls and respect federal civil rights, and I am happy to associate myself with the prosecutor General Pam Bondi to raise the department’s investigations to Minnesota to the team of special IX surveys,” said US Secretary for Education Linda McMahon in the announcement.

“The continuous indifference of minnesota to the civil rights of women is completely unacceptable. We must make sure that women and girls are not stripped of their distinctions hard won or subject to the danger and the indignity of unfair competitions, and we will fight to restore the anti -discriminatory protections under title IX to the most complete extent of the law.”

The announcement directly referred to the incident involving a transgender for the Champlin Park high school leading the team to the state championship. The announcement did not appoint the athlete.

Marissa Rothenberger Junior of Champlin Park is the athlete who aroused national controversy this season of softball. Rothenberger launched a complete laundering, granting only three strokes and withdrawing six in the championship match on Friday, capping a race which saw Rothenberger launch the 21 heats through three games of the state tournament, abandoning only two points.

The junior only granted two points out of 35 rounds in total in the playoffs.

The White House previously responded to the news of the Trans athlete championship in an exclusive declaration at PK Press Club Digital.

“President Trump protects women in sport and restores common sense. Those who choose to violate federal law will be held responsible,” said White House spokesman Harrison Fields, in response to an investigation into the situation in Minnesota.

The launcher’s domination this season has caused a trial of three opposing anonymous players In the midst of a national fracture on the legality of trans athletes in the sports of girls.

One of the players involved in the trial reacted to the launcher race at the championship game in a previous statement at PK Press Club Digital, provided by his lawyers of Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).

“It is overwhelming to see a male athlete dominate our sport and to withdraw the opportunities of the girls who worked hard all season to go to the championship match in the state tournament. In addition to injustice, it is often a risk of playing physical sport like a softball against a male athlete,” said the statement.

“I am proud of the girls who played hard, and at the end of the day deserve it more than a boy, but I hope that more people will continue to defend female sports and take the rights of women and girls seriously.”

The Champlin Park school district previously made a statement to PK Press Club Digital defending the decision to allow the athlete to compete in the softball team.

“Throughout the season, and as the rebels qualify for the state tournament, it is important to note that all the athlete students participating in the Softball team at Champlin Park are eligible to compete, the district is unable to provide comments on a specific athlete,” a declaration by the Anoka-Hennepin declared the school district.

“In addition, the district is appointed in an active trial which limits the shared information.”

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, previously published a statement responding to the statement against the state for Rothenberger’s participation in the girls’ softball season.

“In addition to doing the exercise and the pleasure of competition, playing sports is accompanied by many advantages for young people. You are establishing friendships that can last a lifetime, you learn to work as part of a team, and you feel as if you belong,” said Ellison.

“I believe it is bad to distinguish a group of students, who are already confronted at higher levels of intimidation and harassment, and to tell these children that they cannot be part of the team because of whom they are. I will continue to defend the rights of all students to play sports with their friends and their peers.”

After the president Donald Trump Signed the executive decree “keep men out of female sport”, the Minnesota State High School League announced it would challenge federal law by allowing transgender athletes to continue playing in female sports. Ellison then said at a press conference on April 22 that he had received an opinion from the Ministry of Justice threatening legal action if the State had not followed the decree, then the Attorney General decided to continue.
