California’s prosecutor’s office Rob Bonta made a statement to PK Press Club Digital sending the US justice ministry sending a letter warning from a deadline of June 9 to modify its policies to ban the trans from Girls’ Sports athletes.

“We are very concerned about the continuous threats of the Trump administration for California schools and we are committed to defending and respecting Californian laws and all additional laws that guarantee students’ rights – including transgender students – to be free from discrimination and harassment. We examine the letter and closely monitor the Trump administration actions.”

Trump’s post occurs days after the Trans athlete, Ab Hernandez, took first place in the height jump of the girls of the state and the triple jump, and second place in long jump. Trump sent a warning to the Governor of California Gavin Newsom and the State last Tuesday threatening to reduce federal funding to the State if an athlete Trans was in competition in the athletics championship for girls.

The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) responded by modifying its rules to accommodate female athletes who finished behind a trans athlete in the three events in which Hernandez contributed, granting them qualifications and podiums they would have won if a biologically male athlete had not contributed to these events.

This made Hernandez had to share podium points with the female athletes who finished a place behind Hernandez after the final on Saturday.

Last Wednesday, the Ministry of Justice (DoJ) announced a federal investigation into California for potential title IX violations concerning its policy allowing trans athletes in girls’ sports. The state was already under an investigation by the Ministry of Education on the issue since February.

The MJ announced its deadline for the state on Monday.

A Bipartite survey By the public Policy Institute of California noted that the majority of California residents oppose the organic athletes of males participating in female sports.

This figure included more than 70% of Parents of the State School.

“Most Californians argue forced transgender athletes to compete in the teams corresponding to the sex attributed to them at birth,” said the survey.

“The solid majority of adults (65%) and probable voters (64%) argue that transgender athletes compete on teams that correspond to the sexual relations allocated to them, and not on the sex with which they identify. An overwhelming majority of public schools (71%) support such a requirement.”

Meanwhile, Newsom himself said he believed that the trans athletes participating in the sports of the girls were “deeply unfair” during an episode of his podcast in March.
