The Ministry of Health and Social Services of President Donald Trump announced on Monday that the Maine Ministry of Education, the Association of Maine Directors and the Greely Lycée are all in violation of the title IX while they violate its executive decree to keep the trans athletes of Girls Sports.
The Association of Maine Directors published an answer to PK Press Club Digital on Tuesday.
“The alleged violation is due to the AMP policy which is the direct result of the mandate of the acts of human rights of Maine that athletes are authorized to participate in the teams that align themselves on their gender identity. MPA policy is in accordance with the law of the state of Maine,” said the answer.

“The determination that the AMP has violated the title IX first requires that the MPA be liable for title IX due to the reception of direct or indirect financing of the federal government. In short, a small part of our funding comes from 151 member schools which receive the majority of their financing from local land and state tax. The vast majority of our financing comes from the sale of tickets, sponsors, No jurisdiction of title IX on MPA.
The DHHS said that the Maine had 10 days to resolve the issue through a signed agreement or reference risk to the United States Ministry of Justice for an appropriate action. The MPA added in his answer that he expects the question to be discussed in the Maine’s legislature.
