Ulema declares on Friday “day of gratitude”

Islamabad:

The Ministry of Religious Affairs held a conference on the National Council of Ulema and Mashaikh on Thursday and brought together prominent religious researchers from across the country.

The conference presented in -depth discussions on the Ulema national bill and the Mashaikh Council. In a notable development, the participants approved the English translation of the Holy Quran, and the official launch of a mobile application of the dedicated Koran also took place during the event.

The conference ended with a unanimous decision to observe today as Youm-E-Tashur (day of gratitude) and Youm-E-Pakistan.
