- United has just opened its largest fair than ever at Denver International Airport
- The new United Club has electronic doors for easy access and many food ports
- Like other clubs, there are also many seats and free Wi-Fi
Although a large part of the objective of improving United Airlines so far this year has been inside its aircraft or improvements in its application for Android or iOS, the emphasis has also been placed on the renovation and introduction of entirely new fairs in airports.
Nicknamed United Clubs, these salons are accessible by leaving, subscriptions or selected tickets, which offer quieter places and a respite in general chaos and the hectage of airports. These salons are delivered with advantages such as seats, cleaner bathrooms, electric ports, Wi-Fi, drinks and even food.
Believe me, try the cookies with signature chocolate chips … they are simply incredible.
Earlier this week, I traveled – well, I stole – at Denver International Airport to discover the biggest united club of all time. At 33,000 amazing square feet, it is a two-story solid space which is above the general hall with many seats and large views of the tarmac.
As you think, the entrance to the lounge is on the ground floor, stuck in the center of the hall near the B32 door. You will find an entry point, but rather than a classic row of offices with monitors and representatives of United Airlines, you will find three “ e -Gate ” – alias Electronic Portes – with probably two operating as entries.
Here, if you already have your pass for the entrance, you can simply scan your boarding pass and watch the open swings to let you enter. It is as simple as that, and compared to other entry points, it could save you a lot of time. If you need help, there is a side service on the side, but it is clear that the airline wants you to get the escalator as quickly as possible.
This is not the first time that the e-waste has made their debut in a United Club, but since it is a brand new space for the airline, the doors are in the gaming book in the future. This should significantly accelerate the entry process, and we hope we will see this self-skating option appear in more clubs, either new, or be modernized.
Once, you will take stairs, an escalator or an elevator to the main level, where you are welcomed by a suspended art, two electric fireplaces and many seats. United Airlines really opted for a large net for the types of seats – reclining armchairs, goosebumps, a lot of leather coaches and more standard seats around tables and even stands.
On the left is a more standard food buffet, also with several tables, a very important Coca-Cola freestyle machine and small work cabins, which I think that professionals and students will really appreciate.
On the right is a complete bar with more seats, a room painted in a wall – see the photo below, it’s great – and then a larger view of the tarmac. The whole place feels intimate enough and is designed to imitate the appearance of a colorado cabin.
Compared to other salons, there are really many seats and comfort options to choose – I could see myself taking calls in small work cabins, even if they are exposed or opt for a table along the floor windows to the ceiling to look at the action on the ramp. The sofas, I will say, are also quite comfortable – I released an iPad Mini and I watched television from there, and hey, I found a socket.
One thing that United has not injured was power – and it is a critical point, because some people will pay access to seats, clean installations and power. In the design, the power ports are incorporated into various surfaces, including under the lamps in the cabins, below the rows of longer stands in front of windows and integrated into lower tables or Ottoman. All these elements have two standard AC sockets as well as the USB-A and USB-C ports.
And the kicker is that these individual ports are ready to load at 15 watts – quite nice and better than what you could find outside. In addition, given the fear around the juices Jackers or the harmful integrations in the ports, it is pleasant to know who installed them.
Overall, it is a beautiful space, raising everything you expect from a living room. There are not many televisions, let’s say above the two bars, and there is a lot of lighting at different degrees of warmer and cooler tones. United says that the latter is done on purpose, depending on the room in which you are – for example, this can be a fresher tone when you enter for the first time and a warmer tone in a more relaxing seats environment.
There is a place on the second floor of the living room with additional comedy with noise comedy, which, during the overview of the media, when the living room was not close to the capacity, was completely silent – I think that the travelers will really appreciate it. You will also find toilets, wellness rooms in all genres, as well as rooms for women and men. There is also a games room with a palettery table.
Throughout the space, there is a private Wi-Fi network for the United Club with decent speeds. Although I suggest that you manage a VPN when there is, even if it is more private than, let’s say, full public Wi-Fi at Denver International Airport.
And although there are no private showers, I would always call it an ideal place for technology fans simply because you can find a comfortable seat, recharge, get a quick connection and yes, enjoy a cookie. The opening also arrives while United Airlines continues its deployment of Starlink for faster and free Wi-Fi, making applications updates and inaugurating the remedied cabins with high-tech upgrades.
Speaking with Techradar, the travel influencer Zach Griff shared: “The technological upgrades of United were visible throughout the travel trip, from the mobile application to the updates he makes at his salons. Travelers when irregular operations occur.”
The new United Club of Terminal B at Denver International Airport is open from today – July 31, 2025 – ON and is near the door 32. Its daily operating hours are from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can access it with a unique pass, when you control premium cabins, with a United Club subscription or with Star Alliance Gold Status.
United plans to open an even larger club in Houston at George Bush’s Intercontinental Airport – and yes, it will be larger than 33,001 square feet – as well as another club at San Francisco International Airport, and one internationally in Hong Kong.
