Police in Livermore, California, investigate an incident that occurred on Sunday at a cycling event in the United States, when the organizers were seen repressing a female sports activist who learned about sexual tests.
“For the moment, we are examining the question and are reviewing our report and our video sequences,” a spokesperson for the Livermore police service in PK Press Club Digital.
Images of interaction at the USA Cycling Oakland Grand Prix have become viral in recent days.

Beth Bourne, a Californian activist known to oppose organic male athletes in female and girls sports, was seen in the images asking the organizers if the female competitors of the event had been tested by sex to prove that they were not men. An organizer was then seen approaching Bourne and covering his camera, saying: “We have policies in place. You can stop filming me.”
Bourne was then heard saying: “Give me my phone!”
The images then showed that Bourne was moving away from this organizer in a panic before another organizer gets up behind her to shout: “Hey! Take out the F — from here!”
Bourne told PK Press Club Digital that the incident was “emotional”.
“It was so unexpected. I have an idea that we are going to have people who may call us names or perhaps call us Terfs, that we had, maybe even grasp our signs. But for someone to come back behind me, even before I was no longer, I had not even made disconnection. Bourne.
“I was actually terrified. I was terrified that this person could really hurt me.”
Additional images of the incident showed the same organizer who shouted on Bourne’s face later by putting a pizza box in front of his face, covering the view of the Bourne camera, then picking up his protest panels and throwing them into the garbage.
Bourne allegedly alleged that the organizer had said to him: “Your God would not protect you.”
“” You are just a hateful and horrible person, “he told Bourne, she said. “And then he catches all my signs and takes them and puts them in the trash next to the starting and end area. PK Press Club Digital contacted USA Cycling for Comments but did not receive an answer.
The same event has also been the subject of a meticulous examination for another viral video of the transgender cyclist Chelsea Wolfe by telling the demonstrators: “Go and suck a sawn hunting rifle”, “you are A Nazi piece of S — “and” We kill the Nazis “.

Wolfe, a former alternative from the United States team in the female BMX who previously declared that the athlete wanted to win an Olympic medal to “burn the American flag”, went to social networks to share several articles celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk last week.
“We did it!” Wolfe wrote in an Instagram story sharing a report on the assassination last Wednesday.

USA Cycling provided a statement to PK Press Club Digital sending Wolfe publications.
“The opinions of the athletes of the current and old national team are theirs and do not reflect those of cycling of the United States. Chelsea Wolfe has not been a member of the United States National Cycling Team or a member of USA Cycling since 2023,” said the press release.
