Friday, the Board of Directors of Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved several projects, including the realization of a third -party audit of all its projects to eliminate the corruption, catering and improvement of the North IJ service, as well as the rehabilitation and extension of the Cashmere Chowk route to Faizabad Interchange along Murree Road.

In addition, approval has been granted for the purchase of equipment necessary to establish a SIG laboratory (geographic information system) in special technology, among other projects.

The ADC board of directors has also decided to cancel the powers of government housing that have been allocated to officers and other employees, but were illegally given to other people.

The sixth meeting of the Board of Directors of the ADC, chaired by the president and chief commissioner of the ADC, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, took place on Friday at the headquarters of the ADC, with the participation of the members of the board of directors and the officers concerned. Several elements of the agenda were discussed in detail and final decisions were made.

One of the key decisions was to carry out a third -party audit of all ADC’s projects. The board of directors stressed that the ADC has engaged in transparency, quality standards and merit.

The Board of Directors has also approved the restoration and modernization of the main IJ North Service Route to facilitate citizens turnipping problems. Similarly, the rehabilitation and expansion of the Cashmere Chowk route to the Faizabad exchanger along Murree Road were also approved.
