Former NFL star Robert Griffin III weighed on US military strikes on Iranian nuclear installations on Saturday evening and said President Donald Trump had “launched the Second World War”.
Trump announced in an article on Truth Social that the American army had “finished our very successful attack” against Iranian facilities. The United States has targeted Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. He wrote that American planes had abandoned a “complete bombs” payload “on nuclear installations.

Griffin, who played the quarter-arre for the Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens, was one of those who reacted on X.
“Donald Trump has just started the Second World War by bombing Iran,” wrote Griffin. “Pray for all of us.”
Trump addressed the nation during strike hours. He indicated that Iran’s nuclear installations had been “erased” and that the country had been back in a corner and that it “should now make peace”.

“Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and completely erased,” said Trump. “And Iran, the Middle East intimidator, must now make peace. If they do not do so, future attacks would be much larger and much easier.”
WNBA goalkeeper Natasha Cloud apparently called for the dismissal of the president after the military operation.
Trump had repeatedly urged Iran to conclude an agreement on its nuclear program before concluding its nuclear facilities, but the country has retired from the current talks with the United States scheduled for June 15 in Oman and refused to return to the table in the following days. Israel ordered strikes on Iran on June 12, when Israeli information said Iran’s nuclear program was growing rapidly.

Trump then congratulated the US military for making the successful attack, as well as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for working with the United States during the operation.
