It seems that there is a serious problem with the new Fitness Whoop MG (Medical Grade) groups that were launched a few weeks ago, with many users reporting that their devices have crashed and have stopped working.
As technological problems reported today, there are complaints everywhere in forum advice and social media. The problem is the same: the sensors of the device cease to operate just a few hours after the configuration of the Whoop MG, without a warning sign.
The tracker stops displaying LED lights, will not synchronize with the mobile application and is not reactive even when it is fully loaded. All user complaints say the Whoop MG has stopped responding in the first day of use.
This also seems to be a widespread problem: you don’t have to look for Reddit, X or the official Whoop community forums for a long time to find frustrated users. These Woop MG owners report that they follow the standard troubleshooting stages, to no avail.

An official response from Whoop’s team recommends fully loading the battery, then forcing a reset by quickly pressing the top of the sensor several times until the LED side implies blue. You could then find that you can twin it again in the application.
However, these steps do not seem to be sufficient for certain users. The owners affected by Whoop MG are also invited to directly contact whoop the support of Whoop, and it seems that some people are sent to replacements without asking them, because bugs have been detected remotely.
If you have been affected, try the reset process linked above, then contact Whoop – You must be sent a free replacement if your Whoop MG has suddenly stopped working and cannot be recovered.
