Islamabad:
Senator Faisal Vawda said that Arshad Sharif anchor had been murdered and that many “big people” will be tried if his case is open.
Speaking Tuesday at the anchor of a private news channel, Vawda said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan was not involved in this murder but “he knew that something was going to happen”.
Vawda, who was federal minister of Imran Khan’s office, asked why former Minister and Pti Murad Saeed chief has been hiding since the murder of Sharif.
He said Arshad Sharif was close to the establishment and the PTI. “A number of links will be revealed during the case,” he added.
The former PTI chief accused the third wife of Imran Khan again, Bushra Bibi, for the fate of the founder of the PTI. He said that the party is used to staging demonstrations and sitting even before 2018 – the year Imran married Bushra – but it did not use violence at the time.
He said that the relationship between the establishment and Imran Khan was starting to become sour after a former head of the ISI – the chief of the staff of the army in place, General Syed Asim Munnir – presented Proofs of Bushra and the corruption of his cohorts in Imran.
“However, instead of rewarding and assessing General Munnir, Imran withdrew him overnight. This has never happened before that the CEO was changed at 10 p.m., and at 10:45 p.m., the new DG Isi, Faiz Hameed, took care of it.
According to Vawda, “Farah Gogi and Usman Buzdar were Bushra Bibi products”.
