Victoria’s Secret said that he had now restored all the systems affected by the recent cyber attack against its activities.
In a new form 10-q filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company confirmed the restoration of its computer network and said that it does not expect the incident to have a significant impact on its fiscal year.
At the end of May 2025, the retailer revealed that he had experienced a “security incident” and that he would close his website and certain “precaution” store services.

The giant of lingerie has not discussed the nature of the attack, the identity of the attackers or the methods used to compromise systems, simply claiming that the attack has triggered its response protocols to incidents.
“Third party experts are engaged, and we have removed our website and some of the store services as a precaution,” he added in a press release. “We work to quickly and safely restore operations.”
Usually, when a company is forced to stop its computer network, partially or completely, it must contain an attack on ransomware and prevent the threat actors from moving laterally and exfiltrating the data of sensitive customers.
The attack lasted days, but has now been completely resolved. “All critical systems are restored and fully operational,” he said in the form. “We continue to assess the complete scope and the impact of the incident. This incident has not caused significant disruption to our operations to date and we do not think that it will have a significant impact on our 2025 exercise. ”
Victoria’s Secret added that he was pursuing the investigation that hired (and can continue to start), expenses and other financial impacts. These “might” have a negative impact on future financial results of the company, he concluded.
