NFL veteran Von Miller referenced his new team by their former name after President Donald Trump threatened to block federal support for the new commanding stage project in Washington DC for his desire to restore the names of the Redskins.
Addressing the media after the training camp Thursday, Miller expressed motivation behind his desire to return to the grill.

But in his message to the media, Miller referred to the team like the Redskins.
“It’s good to drop the children, and it’s good to take the children in school, but I want to go to work. The Redskins of Washington called me a month and a half ago and I started talking, and I agreed to come here to Washington about a week ago and a day, and I’m excited here.”
The delay arrives as President Trump Called the team to return to its old name, which was abandoned in 2020.
