- Two stars in The Fantastic Four: First steps had very little time to build chemistry before the start of filming
- The actors behind Galactus and the Silver Surfer have not filmed scenes, either
- They only had a period of 24 hours for gel in pairs and met only once on the film set
The actors behind The Fantastic Four: First steps“The antagonists revealed that they had very little time to establish relationships between their characters.
Ralph Ineson and Julia Garner told Techradar that they only had 24 hours to develop the complex relationship between Galactus and the Silver Surfer, which they represent respectively in the film Marvel Phase 6.
Given the importance of the actors to build chemistry before and during the shooting, I was quite shocked to learn that Art and Garner had no more opportunities to do so.
My surprise was raised by the fact that the duo was present on the set for large parts of the filming calendar of the Marvel film. Garner, who, unlike Ineson, was able to act in front of those who play the Fantastic Four, wore a motion capture costume (MOCAP) to represent the film Herald de Galactus in the film Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Meanwhile, Ineson has been fully equipped in a practical costume so that it can appear on the set – although not in the same scene as other actors – as the spatial deviation entity of the immortal planet. In this way, the film crew could capture Ineson movements in real time and integrate them into specific post-production scenes. It could also be put upwards up or down in these sequences, depending on the size of the size of the size of galactus.
Given the complicated dynamics at stake between Galactus and his lieutenant surf board in comics, many fans could have expected that Ineson and Garner spent time discussing how to give life to live capacity. As I said earlier, however, the opportunity to do it barely presented itself barely.
“Due to the way you turn a character like Galactus, who can measure 50 feet high or even larger, you have to shoot in light lights [to fully capture his likeness]”Said Ineson.” So everything you do as an actor is a solo thing. We [Ineson and Garner] I worked so little together, we almost never met – “
“So there was no collaboration at all?” I said.
“Not really, no,” replied Ineson, before Garner, I am not saying: “We had a day of a tent! We had one day to register to see what the others did and read conducts [parts of an actor’s script that don’t need a live acting partner] together.”
“From my point of view, there was something very pleasant to play in Galactus,” thought Ineson. “I would come there once a month for costume fittings and they [the rest of the cast] Should be defined and to have this really incredible liaison session with the family, and I would have this experience of a lonely actor who in fact helped me to exploit the state of mind of Galactus as a unique spatial god. “”
“I also arrived [of scenes with the Fantastic Four]”Garner added”, so I didn’t have much time to create links with them either. I would dive and be like “hey guys, that’s what happens” or “hey, my boss said that, okay, goodbye!” “”
