Meta is known to offer many applications, but few of them support the iPad. It changes now, at least for those who make messaging and voice calls around the world a breeze.
It’s true – WhatsApp is now in full size on the iPad, because the most recent version that has struck the Apple App Store provides support for the Apple tablet. It’s been a long time to come, and WhatsApp even beats Instagram until the punch.
Although the version notes the latest version, 25.16.81, do not mention anything special, this new piece of code allows you to support the iPad. Once you have updated, it will stretch and fill the screen appropriately on an entry -level iPad, the iPad Mini or the two sizes of the iPad Pro or the iPad Air.
You can respond to messages, share your iPados screen during a call and discuss video with up to 32 other people. WhatsApp has even published a blog article detailing the scheduled arrival.
It is always the classic messaging experience that WhatsApp has offered, but there is a key change compared to the iPhone version. WhatsApp now offers a layout with two columns, allowing you to display the names and group cats of contacts on the left and the messages for the cat selected on the right. So, it is quite similar to how Apple’s messages app use larger screen real estate.
Perhaps still better news for iPad fans, Meta’s team has cooked in favor of the multitasking on the iPad. In this way, you can divide the screen to have WhatsApp on one side or be the third floating application. This should make it easier to answer messages and keep an eye on larger group cats.
The application also works with the magic keyboard and the Apple pencil, allowing you to use the latter to scribble a message and send it to WhatsApp.
Now, a WhatsApp for iPad application is supposed to be supposed for some time, but anticipation has accumulated earlier this week when App responded to an article on X (formerly Twitter) With a set of looks. Less than a day later, the application is there, and it makes us ask us what meta could fall on the iPad afterwards.
We can say that Instagram is another application in the Meta shooting for which iPad users wish to support, so WhatsApp gets the support, hopefully, shows that it is also in preparation.
The WhatsApp team also promises that this is only the start of their trip to iPad and is looking forward to user comments.
