A portfolio weather system is currently present in Lahore and through Punjab, with precipitation expected in most districts tomorrow, according to the Pakistan meteorological department.
In a press release published by the Met Office, officials confirmed that although the system has settled above the province, time should remain dry and warm in most regions today, including Lahore.
For Lahore, the department has not planned any precipitation Thursday, with dry and hot conditions that prevail. However, the rain accompanied by a cloud cover is expected in the city and several other Punjab districts on Friday.
Today’s minimum temperature in Lahore has been recorded at 22 ° C, with maximum temperatures likely to increase up to 39 ° C.
The meteorological system should bring relief of the current heat conditions in several parts of the province.
However, storm and rain dust is expected in isolated places in the top of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan during the evening / night.

Earlier Wednesday, torrential rains, hailstorms and strong winds have wreaked havoc on several parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Islamabad.
The violent time has made at least three lives, injured several others and caused significant damage to goods, cultures and infrastructure.
In Punjab, Rawalpindi and Jhelum were hardly affected. In Jhelum Sohawa Tehsil, three separate wall incidents occurred due to strong precipitation.
In Shahidan, a wall fell on a charger vehicle, killing two and injuring four others. Two of the injured stayed in critical condition after being transferred to a hospital in Rawalpindi.
In other incidents in Pindi Darwaza and Sohala, a woman, a child and a young man were injured due to the collapsing walls.
In the Rata Amral region of Rawalpindi, the limited wall of a mosque collapsed, killing a 24 -year -old man named Musa on site.
Islamabad experienced a 35 -minute storm which brought heavy rains and large rail, damaged vehicles and deractive trees in Tarnol, causing traffic disturbances.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, powerful rain storms have sparked sudden floods and overwhelmed streams in several areas. In Landi Kotal, floods on the Pak -Afghan motorway disturbed traffic, and a parked vehicle was swept away – although no victim was reported.
Strong rains have also struck the DIR and the lower bhai takht, breaking the current heat wave but causing current breakdowns and growing river levels, especially in the Panjkora river.
