Yes, it looks great and there are really frightening moments, especially early. But, be it the current setting of the film in New York – the original story of Wells takes place in England at the end of the 19th century – or other confusing changes that it brings to the source equipment, I was not impressed by the general package. For this reason, I cannot recommend the vehicle led by cruise as one of the best Netflix films or the best Paramount +films.
