Mexican boxer Julio César Chávez Jr. was arrested on Thursday by ice for expulsion. The arrest intervened only a few days after Chávez’s defeat against YouTuber Jake Paul in Anaheim, California, the last weekend in June.
Chávez was arrested for exceeding her visa and lying on a green card request. It was processed for an accelerated dismissal, according to the American authorities.

The DHS also suspects that Chavez would be considered an affiliate of the Sinaloa cartel, an designated foreign terrorist organization.
