Pakistan is witnessing a sharp drop in temperatures as rain and snow continue to affect various parts of the country. In Lahore, the sky remained overcast and cold winds made the weather colder than usual. The weather service recorded the city’s current temperature at 14°C. In the federal capital, light drizzle was reported in sectors G-7, G-8, H-8, Kashmir Chowk, Bara Kahu, Bani Gala and Park Road. Snowfall has resumed over most of the upper and central parts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, intensifying the cold.
